Casa Las Delicias

Casa Las Delicias, around twenty years old and conventionally built, was renovated without structural work, since the family was living in it. The aim was to modernise and reorganise the shared spaces around a more open plan.

Its excellent north orientation made the project easier. The greatest challenge was furnishing and updating the house without resorting to a deep renovation.

We like mixing styles, colours and textures, without following trends or conventional standards. We brought in art, antiques, restored pieces and flowers to transform the shared rooms and give them a more personal identity.
